From Paris and London Fashion Weeks to Monaco Fashion Days and New York Fashion Week,, LA MAISON OPALE has brought its distinctive vision of macramé to the international stage. Awarded Best Stylist at the 2025 Trophées des Arts & des Talents de l'Océan Indien (TATOI), Aurélie de Boisvilliers continues to expand the house toward Cannes, Milan, Dubai, and Tokyo.

Eight original LA MAISON OPALE creations will be presented at FLYING SOLO's annual New York Fashion Week show. Entirely handmade, each piece explores the relationship between thread, movement, volume, and the body, offering a glimpse into the otherworldly universe of Aurélie de Boisvilliers.

A former pediatric and oncology nurse, Aurélie de Boisvilliers left the medical world to discover her own instinctive creative language. Entirely self-taught, she does not sketch or work from patterns. Each creation emerges from her intuition and the material in her hands. What began as a discovery of macramé became a singular artistic practice, transforming thread into sculptural silhouettes, jewelry, and textile artworks. Each piece is a dialogue between the material, the body, and the imagination. From her atelier in Réunion Island, Aurélie creates following feeling, transforming an ancestral craft into wearable art.
